As a Michigan Licensed Residential Builder (License #2101218993), he has served as a trusted liaison for homeowners, insurance companies, banks, and government agencies — completing 100+ renovations in Kalamazoo and Portage, and developing his own residential neighborhood from the ground up.
Darnell holds a degree in Business Management (Magna Cum Laude) from Cornerstone University, serves on the Board of the Home Builders Association of Western Michigan, and is registered with the City of Kalamazoo as a Small Developer. His partners include the State of Michigan, LISC, and the Kalamazoo County Land Bank — because in this community, your word is your contract.
